When you ask a woman what is the most beautiful feeling they have experienced to date. You will get the same answer which would be “becoming a mother”. And why would it be not so? Bringing a new life into this world would definitely amount to the greatest feeling in the world, however, does a woman’s physic gets a good experience as well? The answer is no.

Giving birth to a child can be physically challenging for a lady. Post-childbirth there would be various nonpositive changes in a woman’s body. And bearing injuries is also common. The most common problem which they can suffer is relating to pelvic floor muscles which keep their reproductive organs intact. There is also some serious damage that can be caused by childbirth. Thus childbirth may lead to a lot of problematic situations.

• Distortion of the shape of labia, which is more commonly known as the lips of the vagina.

• Problems associated with fecal discharge.


How normal is to face issue after childbirth?

For the majority of women, you need not have to worry about the problems as these problems fade with time. They do not remain an ongoing problem and as it is said that, “time is great healer”, it is true in the majority of childbirth cases as well. However, there may some unpleasant situation where these problems continue to persist.

In such a case you should not wait at all and get proper medical treatment as this may lead to serious consequences and may affect your sexual performance as well. And the major reason for this persisting problem is weak pelvic floor muscles. As you age, these muscles become weak which further weakens with childbirth as it is these muscles which are employed to push the baby out of the vagina.

Treatment

In order to avoid such a case, you must regularly perform pelvic floor muscles exercise which would strengthen these muscles and therefore would help you to avoid a lot of issues. Further, you must remember in case of persisting problems you must immediately visit a gynecologist who would guide you through this state properly.
